Use sparse matrices

The package should support representation of design matrices as sparse matrices.

I've begun moving code to Rcpp, which will make this possible in the next version or so.

That's great. I am really looking forward to it, because it will enable me to analyze me larger data sets BayesFactor.

Hi Oliver, the entire backend is now Rcpp and RcppEigen. It remains to add sparse matrix support, but now that everything is converted it shouldn't be too much more work.
