Feature requests for `contingencyTableBF`

Not high priority at all, but still wanted to keep an issue open which contains feature requests for contingencyTableBF() function across issues:

  • [ ] supporting one-sample design (https://github.com/richarddmorey/BayesFactor/issues/135)
  • [ ] supporting paired design (https://github.com/richarddmorey/BayesFactor/issues/150#issuecomment-731769873)
