Rephrase Japanese in 'What is utf-8' section, chapter6 to clear an advantage of utf-8.

Hi folks,

I thank you for the great resource of Rust language. While reading the Japanese translate one, I feel this change improves the text. It is pretty minor change and I'm not quite sure whether all Japanese make sense the change or not.

[before] テキストが非常に一般的なASCIIのための不要なバイトを持たなかったことです。（utf-8 で必要とされるのはたった1バイトです） [after] 一般的なASCIIで使われる文字について余計なバイトを必要としなかったことです。（一般的なASCIIで使われる文字についてutf-8 で必要とするのはASCIIと変わらずたった1バイトです）
