Table of Contents messed up

Chapter title & contents doesn't match (ex. the title Ownership & Borrowing Data has contents of Generic Types)

The version that contains the fixed TOC was available on my GitHub Pages: https://chazeon.github.io/tour_of_rust/TOC_en.html The image URLs were broken because it is under a subdirectory though.

Also, note, that the last entry for each chapter: Chapter n - Conclusion, n is off by 1.
That is, Chapter 4 ends with Chapter 3 - Conclusion.
