HTTP request sent, 403 forbidden

Hello, Thank you for sharing your code. It is very helpful. However, in preparation part, I encounter a problem during downloading cvpr18-caption-eval.zip. It returns "HTTP request sent, awaiting response 403 forbidden" error. It is possible that you could give a hint to solve this problem or is there anywhere else to download this zip file ?

Same issue here. Could you please update the download.sh file of the link: https://s3.amazonaws.com/yincui/cvpr18-caption-eval.zip. It doesn't work 😞
