It's strange that you can install from [here](https://github.com/FormerLurker/ArcWelderPlugin/archive/refs/tags/1.1.0rc4.zip) and the Software Update section reports the correct values.
Looking forward to testing this one as it is the last thing I need to have working for aptly to be the perfect tool for my needs :-)
