How to stabilize a network rendered as visNetwork

Open lucazav opened this issue 6 years ago • 3 comments

Hi,

first of all, this package is really great! 🥇 When I render a graph having lot of nodes with

render_graph(gr, output = "visNetwork")

some nodes don't stop to move. Is there a way to stop them?

Thank you.

@lucazav Sorry for taking so long to get to this issue. What I need to do is incorporate an option to have a frozen network, and, modify some of the physics options to better stabilize networks. I hope to get to this pretty soon!

Hi,

I second the above - I love the package, but it hits the problem at around 80 nodes - at 77, it comes up stable, at 87 it keeps moving and it does not stop ...

Thank you,

I have the same problem, a very dense cluster of nodes that move constantly and can't get them to fix!
