Pseudo cluster mode does not work. Ubuntu 17.10

The issue is that after this commit https://github.com/riceplinygroup/plinycompute/commit/814705bac8745a58041c7bdbd8e5329bec79b3f7 the ResourceManagerServer.cc is not working in the pseudo cluster mode.

More specifically it gets stuck in an infinite loop in the following method : void ResourceManagerServer::analyzeNodes(std::string serverlist)

Therefore the server never starts and all connections by the client get refused. I reverted to an earlier version of the ResourceManagerServer in my reflection branch to get this back working. I'm not familiar with the resource manager would be great if somebody could fix this.

The problem could be because you are using Ubuntu 17.10. It has never been tested on that version, it does work on 16.04, which is the version stated in the README. I will try to launch an AWS instance with 17.10 and test.
