Broken Link when running the command vagrant up --provider=lxc

http://bit.ly/vagrant-lxc-quantal64-2013-07-12 redirect to https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/13510779/lxc-quantal-amd64-2013-07-12.box which in turn is giving a 404 error please fix this.
