I18n of the default "(redacted)" phrase

Currently, the default redaction action is to slap a "(redacted)" on the original String.

This could be made more flexible. But by default it should also be internationalized (i18n).

Target these languages first:

• [ ] zh_TW

• [ ] ko
• [ ] fr
• [ ] de
• [ ] es
• [ ] pt
