Programmes in the Downloads list should have a right click menu showing most of the options from the toolbar.

zip file contains: ExtListView.cs Main.cs

I also wanted this enhancement, so I have added it in myself.

Only tested on Windows XP sp 3 machine (so could be an issue with starting the explorer process in other versions of Windows).

Feel free to change anything that doesn't conform to the existing code standards.
