Only UTF-8 in source allowed?

Hello, it's me again. I need to convert CSV data, which I only receive in ANSI format (not UTF-8), into XLSX. When I try to convert it with rsv, I get an error.

Is it possible to convert the file with rsv directly, without converting it to UTF-8 beforehand?

Yes, only UTF8 are supported, as files are generally read using BufReader right now. If you encounter ANSI encoded file, I suggest you to use another tool to do the analysis or transform it into UTF8.

Supporting ANSI format is not planned right now.
