Report PRODID and line number when parse exception occurs

I have code that returns the PRODID and input line number when a Load exception is thrown. The idea is to let the developer using Ical.Net easily share with the user, via an exception, that their input is non-compliant. It is not a lot of new Ical.Net code to do this.

Would you like a PR with this feature along with unit tests?
