Add 128x64 oled part
Adding SSD1306 128x64 OLED I2C display. These are widely available on Aliexpress and should be supported by QMK. My example has dimensions close to this one:

Thanks a lot for the PR! Appreciate you taking the effort to submit it.
It looks like there's a few CI errors but they're my doing. The only thing to do before merging is to give this part support for variants. Since there's a lot of slightly different sizes of this module on AliExpress, I think it will be good to make a variant for each slightly different size.
I can do this myself unless you have an interest in learning how to set that up.
Hi @rianadon I've seen that trackballs have such logic but I'm not familiar with the codebase yet and would really appreciate your help with adding variants/parametersđŸ™‚
