Describe the bug

when you click to the close icon button in the create room /label/preset models , the form fields are not cleared

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the web app
2. Click on the room page
3. Fill in the boxes of the room
4. Click on close bouton
5. Click on new room button

Expected behavior

The data should be cleared when the close button is clicked
