Describe the bug

the start and join button is disabled when the meeting link changes

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start the web app
2. Go to the room details page
3. Click on the edit button
4. change the meeting link
5. Click on the Save button
6. Click on the start button

Expected behavior

when changing the meeting link , the room details must appear activated
