Clarification: what is the information window?

I am having some issues navigating through errors. And just wanted to ask, what is exactly the information window? Is it a buffer, a location-list, a quickfix-list? How do I open it from elsewhere? Thanks

I'm sorry for confusion. It's a window opened when executing :GrammarousCheck named [Grammarous].

One idea: you should go with the default quick fix list, or at least enable that.
