feature request: add 'about' help menu entry with current version number/check

Please add an 'About' dialog within the help menu item as usual with desktop applications that links to the projects page and, more importantly, gives the current version number. If you want to be extra-awsome, you can use this to display links to the licenses of your dependencies.

You could also do a check against a new release there.
