I just released NuPIC 1.0.5 like 5 minutes ago. You might try with this new release, because we updated the CAPNP version.

I removed the `newbie` and P3 labels for now, since we cannot work on this yet.
@scottpurdy I don't know what is up with all these duplicate ID problems. What advice to we give folks running into this? I've been telling them to try uninstalling nupic...
