Not getting any notifications

Description

So I turn on notifications and I still get nothing then I use the account switcher to go onto my friends account and I get notifications there. So it's a problem with my account but I don't see the issue notifications are on. Anyone know how to fix?

It's a known issue with Account Switcher, unfortunately, it can't be fixed.
