Issue with Gallery Media Overrride. Videos aren't splitting into multiple 10 seconds clips.

Description

Videos aren't splitting as they should.

If I record a normal snap of 60 seconds, it will split in 6 videos.

If I send a 60 video video using Gallery Override, it sends as one single video.

Basically letting the receiver know it isn't a live snap.

Choosing Split Media on bypass video length restrictions doesn't change anything.

Reproduction steps

1. Choose a video to send using Gallery override
2. Edit the video
3. Send
4. It won't split as a normal video snap should.
