Interesting - we seem to be having frequent (yet transient?) failures with the metrics tests.
Can we safely land this before the profile is available? IIUC - we should be able to land this code, but it will only get invoked if/when the operator parses...
Should be able to rebase and pickup a fresh CI run with the ARM64 e2e testing.

ROSA CI failures are unrelated (AWS/ROSA CLI is failing due to characters in the renovate user name from GitHub).
