Crash on New File, Preferences, Open Previous

"Open File" works fine. But if I try to open a previous file, or select a new file, or try to open preferences the program crashes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled I get the same issue. Do not know what tripped it up. Works Fine on my Laptop.

64 Bit on Windows 10

If I right Click and select Preferences then I can get preferences to open. Then if I close preferences, I can then Open the previous file, select open or click on preferences and the program does not crash. But if I try to open a 2nd previous file then the program does crash.

+1, can't open Preferences. Language defaulted to Russian, which is my OS language. I wanted to switch it to English, but cannot acces Preferences. The instant I click the menu item "Preferences", the program vanishes from the screen.
