Fix starting anaconda on z/VM and LPAR s390x

The Wayland/RDP support broke the installer running on s390x z/VM and LPAR.

Resolves: RHEL-45516

To get the tests working we need to:

  • merge https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5735
  • and fix tests for https://github.com/rhinstaller/anaconda/pull/5712
