Foreign language support

If any foreign language speakers would like to contribute to word-freqs so it can support any other foreign languages, please commit to this issue.

Would love to help at some point, but busy at the moment. Probably not a lot of Chinese-language forums, but if you ever did want to implement, good starting point for common words: http://svn.zhtoolkit.com/ChineseWordExtractor/tags/release-0_3_2/filter/. I just discovered something really awesome in wordle: if you click on the "Language" tab, there are options right there to remove common words from many languages!
