[JUnit StatusBar] Cannot be shown again once it was hidden

Hide the JUnit status bar and then try to show it again. No way, the JUnit status bar remains invisible. This seems to be a regression in Platform/UI 4.x, the same steps work as expected in 3.8. https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=459904

To work around this bug, resize the workbench window and the JUnit status bar will re-appear.
