what are the default values for breathw?

for tone , what does it mean when the amplitude is over 100? , is there even a max-value

• also, on a graph, how would the amp-vs frequency look like (are the endpoints extrapolated or flat)?

for roughness, does it accept float values, if so, wouldnt it be better to show it as 2.0 instead of 2 in espeak-ng-data/voices/!v to make it more obvious?

(btw a voice variant with flutter 0 , roughness 0.5 , consonants 80,100 seems suitable for speed-reading, after running it though an equalizer and noise-reduction)
