RPI with Ubuntu

Hello - had issues with Docker starting the macvlans on the build. I ran across a command that finally made it work. apparently there are some repsitories required for raspberry pi.

The golden command I used was sudo apt install linux-modules-extra-raspi

no clue what it did or why, but hey. it works.
