Missing release for rhasspy-hermes 0.6.2 update

The dependency is already updated in requirements.txt, but no release was created after that, so the changes aren't reflected in the python package and the default installations doesn't work in python 3.9 because of the outdated dataclasses-json library (from this commit in rhasspy-hermes). Sorry if this is already known and you're just waiting for more changes to create a release.
