[Feature Request] Bookmark node view offset

Option to add screen offset to bookmark node. Very useful node but sometimes the position where I put the node and where I want the screen position to be needs to be slightly different.

Also suggestions for other features this node can have:

• Align view (Default is top-left corner, similar to current behavior)
• Align view options in list format: top-left / top-center / bottom-right / etc
• Lock node position

Node could look something like:

• Shortcut Key: 1
• Zoom: 1.00
• Align View: Top-Left
• Offset X Axis (Left - Right): 0.00
• Offset Y Axis (Up-Down): 0.00

(not sure if scaling input or pixel works better for offset)
