What Android version and device make and model are people seeing this on? I see one report of a OnePlus device via the logs. Any others?

@whimboo , Simply click on the bell in the bottom right and accept the permission. Maybe try clearing your cookies and push-notification settings in the Firefox settings.
Duplicate of https://github.com/OneSignal/OneSignal-Android-SDK/issues/890 Please follow the issue there. Once this is fixed on the native side. We will be able to put a release for Cordova. Cheers
