optimize.ps1 takes ages on Windows10

Hi,

I have launched a packer build on windows-10.json. Everything runs fine ans smoothly until the execution of optimize.ps1. Here is what I got (see errors and nearly 12 hours to move to next steps). 2020-10-21_10h17_15

After 24 hours, optimize.ps1 is still running

Any idea?
