Vagrant Up fails because it can't find the box.

Did you mean to have https://app.vagrantup.com/rgl/boxes/ubuntu-1804-amd64 ?

The box definition doesn't allow remote downloads.

you are supposed to build the base image first, but I didn't mentioned that in the README.

thou, you can try using that vagrantup image if it works with your hypervisor.

you may want to replace config.vm.box = "ubuntu-18.04-amd64" with config.vm.box = "bento/ubuntu-18.04" merger request is also sent for the same.
