Redirects IPv6 client to hostname which has IPv6, but isn't listening on IPv6

Redirects to hostname which has IPv6, but isn't listening on IPv6.

IPv6 clients shouldn't be redirected to mirrors with broken IPv6, since apt have pretty long timeouts, before it falls back to IPv4.
