Update plugin for iTunes to support renaming to Music >= Catalina

This may help with supporting the renaming of iTunes to Music.

  1. Adds a check on the version of macos to detect if iTunes or Music is the correct command
  2. Adds a symlink from itunes → music to add as a plugin
  3. Updates auto-complete rules to support both iTunes and Music
