Renaming iTunes plugin to Music as the app is not called iTunes anymore

  • command has been tested on Big Sur 11.3.1 and is supposed to work on any Catalina version as well
  • NOT tested: zsh & fish completions

How do you feel about supporting both for a while, with iTunes as an alias to Music and a deprecation notice? This is a new pattern for us, but it'd be less jarring (and allows us to release now, instead of sitting on it for a while)
