IMO it would be better to fix this in the scraper than in the rendered JSON. Alas, the MDN scrapers in rgarcia:master are broken, but I have a somewhat fixed scraper in keunwoo/dochub@8205005 and updated static data in the successor commit keunwoo/dochub@14d951a I don't think there are any mks://localhost links in the updated static data (although there are other shortcomings in the rendered HTML).

rgarcia hasn't replied to my pull requests yet but feel free to fork my branches :)
