Currently the bottom scrollbar in the left-hand TOC is always present, even when the content does not nearly reach the width of the TOC.

This adds one extra pixel of padding (from 14px to 15px), shrinking the box width by 1px so that the scrollbar goes away.

May want to talk about moving dochub to a fork - the project hasn't been maintained for over a year now.

Such a shame :( I use Dochub every other day. I will try and get a local copy working and see what I can do.
