This was fixed sometime back and will be released in v4.0.0.

I'm closing this because there doesn't seem to be any reason to have both enabled at the same time.

I haven't noticed #2 although I tested for it. Maybe this is an edge case or at least something I checked incorrectly. I'll look for bugs in the feature again....

Thanks, I'll reach out to Scratch Addons about this. I'll also work this out with our own dark mode feature.
