When using sticky-wrap, element width doesn't get updated on resize

Seems like none of the attribute values get updated on resize when using the sticky-wrap option. This makes it impossible to use on responsive websites.

Also, attributes are duplicated on original element and sticky-wrap element - is this intentional?

:( super deal breaker. just ran into it myself. well onto another sticky library.. this should be noted on the main readme as who builds non-responsive sites nowadays!
