cron.daily not sourcing custom configuration files

Overriding internals variables via conf.maldet.cron isn't working on CentOS 7. Doing some testing, I found that the issue arises from using both source and . in the cron.daily file. Changing all instances to either source or . fixes the issue and custom variables from conf.maldet.cron are then imported and used as expected. I ran into this issue trying to override the log location following https://github.com/rfxn/linux-malware-detect/issues/115#issuecomment-304509567.
