md5 files for clamav databases on rfxn.com not updated

The files https://www.rfxn.com/downloads/rfxn.ndb.md5 https://www.rfxn.com/downloads/rfxn.hdb.md5 https://www.rfxn.com/downloads/rfxn.yara.md5 do not appear to be updated any more when the db files are updated. The last-modified HTTP header indicates that the md5 files have not been updated since 15 Apr 2019. Because of this, the md5sums are wrong.
