maldet -m --monitor, impact on performance

Sorry in advance because this is not a issue, and maybe there are other places that talk about this, but I don't found them, so no worries about closing the issue.

I want to know if someone have measured the impact that has having the maldet --monitor activated on the computer. I'm specially interested in if activating it have any impact in I/O performance on disks, but knowing the CPU,RAM,... impact is also interesting.
