Use yara binary if availiable

YARA rules are broken in clamscan, so it would be nice if there was a way to optionally use the native yara binary to scan files, instead of clamscan

This is a great idea and is on my short list for 1.6.3. I have no ETA at the moment but shouldn't be too long.
