Request:internals.conf -> scan_max_filesize as variable

Is it possible to set scan_max_filesize as dynamic variable too so i could load this settings via import_config_url for all servers

As a general rule most variables are redefinable but it looks like the way I am setting scan_max_filesize at certain points in the functions file will override it.

I'll address this on next update.
