List index out of bounds during reload project

When I reload other project from IDE sometimes I get error:

"List index out of bounds"

and call stack leads to RFindUnit. I attach a bugreport from MadExcept:

I tried to do same adjustments, take a look

I'm not facing the same problem here, so it's becoming harder to guess what is really going on

Previous problem with "List index out of bounds" disappear, but:

• on reload project I get: bugreport1.txt
• on close empty IDE (without any open project) I get: bugreport2.txt

When I close Delphi I get this error:

The log does not contain RFindUnit, but may RFindUnit hold a reference to TEditSource?

This issue probably was resolved, exception is not raised
