[Feature request] Improved Waystone customization and compatibility

1. Option to make synced waystone waypoints world map only, some users like me would want to be able to see the waypoints on the world map but not be ugly on screen(If this exists alr I cant seem to find the setting options)
2. Add teleportation to waystones through world map only if abyss watcher, Local void or pocket wormhole is present in the players inventory. This is for Fwaystones, im not too sure about Blaystones
