@rffrasca Currently, flagged documents are not visually distinguished in the main document list. This requires users to filter the list using search criteria to locate flagged documents, which can be time-consuming.

Proposal:

Implement a visual indicator for flagged documents in the main document list. This could be achieved in several ways:

Flag Icon: Add a small flag icon next to the document name or in a dedicated column for all flagged documents. Color Coding: Apply a subtle color highlight (e.g., a light gray background) to rows containing flagged documents. Benefits:

Improved User Experience: Quickly identify and locate flagged documents without the need for filtering. Increased Efficiency: Streamline workflows by providing a visual cue for flagged documents. Enhanced Organization: Improve the overall visual clarity and organization of the document list. I believe this enhancement would significantly improve the user experience and workflow efficiency within PDF Keeper.
