As I expected, a similar scenario seems to happen with [Tamil translation for Sphinx Core](https://app.transifex.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-1/viewstrings/#ta/$) (UI), which has the same translator [tamilneram.github.io](https://app.transifex.com/user/profile/tamilneram.github.io/):

Transifex *python-newest* project is now set with Python 3.11 release. Please apply the proper branch fixes to this Japanese repository.

The last commit disables pushing source files to Transifex (`tx push`) because translations are now updated via [rffontenelle/docspush-transifex](https://github.com/rffontenelle/docspush-transifex), as discussed in [Python's translation mailing list](https://mail.python.org/archives/list/[email protected]/thread/D2UA35BS2SYX522VKUVWLB7HXPHOYRWQ/).
