Applied for an open-source team license for 1Password, where some secrets can be shared.

As a result of the CircleCI breach, I had to rework nearly every secret yesterday, * https://github.com/drud/ddev/pull/4525 So in the process I tried to put secrets into our new 1Password...

Added @gilbertsoft and @mattstein to the 1password account.

I think this is completed. Both @gilbertsoft and @mattstein have all access, and @gilbertsoft has used most of his access.

I'm pretty sure that this issue is obsolete. The two usages I see are https://github.com/ddev/ddev/blob/e0c89d6e952ebb90872d8390e2cca2faa5bd27e2/containers/ddev-webserver/Dockerfile#L92 and https://github.com/ddev/ddev/blob/e0c89d6e952ebb90872d8390e2cca2faa5bd27e2/containers/ddev-webserver/Dockerfile#L216 I guess it's done for the normal build and the prod build separately?...
